The National Trust is renowned for its food and hospitality.

We run 185 cafes all over England, Wales and Northern Ireland, and we'd love you to join us.

We're looking for a Food and Beverage Team Leader to join us.

This role is based on annualised hours, where the amount of hours you work each month may vary, however your salary will be paid in 12 equal instalments over the year.

Hours: 1950 hours a year.

Salary: £24,862.50/ £12.75 an hour. Duration: Permanent.

Responsibilities

• Giving day-to-day support to the team, ensuring great service to customers.
• Managing front of house operations and serving food and drink.
• Adapting to a busy, lively environment.
• Maintaining accurate displays, signs and food appearance.
• Helping the kitchen team with food preparation when needed.
• Supervising induction and training of colleagues, building a dedicated team of great service.
• Receiving induction covering the job, allergens and food safety, plus mentoring as required.
