Job Description
Role Overview

Food and Beverage Team Leader responsible for leading and supporting the team during the busy spring summer period. The role involves front of house service, ensuring high service standards, maintaining accurate displays, providing occasional kitchen assistance, supervising induction and ongoing training, and supporting the team's development.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver daily support to the team to maintain excellent service.
  • Manage front of house operations, serving food and drink to guests.
  • Ensure displays, signage, and food appearance meet quality standards.
  • Assist the kitchen team with food preparation when required.
  • Supervise induction and training of new colleagues.
  • Support ongoing professional development and mentoring.
Qualifications
  • No previous experience required, but a passion for customer service is essential.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Well organised, adaptable and capable of leading, supporting and developing a team.
  • Confident handling a variety of situations, including complaints.
  • Willing to learn new skills.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
