What will I do?

Supervise and lead your team to deliver a high standard of guest experience, working together with your team you'll drive revenue at every opportunity, ensuring all team members have had the correct training to upsell and explain promotions to our guests.

Is this the role for me?

• Previous experience in a supervisory role in a hospitality food & beverage department
• Ability to work in a professional, efficient, high quality, service-oriented operation
• A good knowledge of wines and spirits
• Excellent team motivator and team builder

Oulton Hall Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort is located on the outskirts of Leeds and is a 4 , 152-bedroom property. Our hotel is set in acres of woodland with a 27-hole golf course and the dining options include the Calverley Grill restaurant, the Claret Jug restaurant, Champagne bar, and we offer afternoon tea as well as private dining and meetings and event spaces.
