Food & Beverage Supervisor

The exciting role of Food & Beverage Supervisor has arisen within The Lowry Hotel - Manchester's Iconic five-star hotel.

As part of the food and beverage team you will be working with a British Classic Menu that is influenced by locally sourced produce.

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor you will work in the conference and Events, River Restaurant, Lowry Lounge and Room Service departments for The Lowry Hotel.

Please note that this is a Full-Time Role.

Job Overview

The role involves leading the team and creating experiences for our guests from receiving guests to the end of their food and beverage journey.

You will report directly to the F&B Manager and be responsible for a team of F&B Assistants. The role involves effectively supporting and developing the daily operation, ensuring the highest standards of guest care and service whilst achieving budget requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of F&B Assistants across various departments, ensuring efficient operation and exceptional service delivery.

Support and develop daily operations, maintain high standards of guest care and service.

Achieve budget requirements and ensure financial targets are met.

Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards, and uphold The Lowry Hotel's service Brand Pillars of 'Iconic', 'Individual' and 'Intuitive' service delivery.

Qualifications

Previous experience supervising a team.

Excellent team player with the ability to motivate others.

Organized, able to work using initiative, standards-driven and passionate about service excellence.

Preferred experience with fine dining standards and meeting and events execution.
