Food & Beverage Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated F&B Supervisor to join our team. As the F&B Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction. This is a leadership role that requires strong management skills and a passion for delivering high-quality food and beverage experiences.

Duties

• Manage and supervise the daily operations of the food and beverage department
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Train, mentor, and motivate staff members to provide excellent customer service
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
• Oversee food production and preparation processes to maintain quality standards
• Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
• Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and financial transactions

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry with a good restaurant and bar background
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
• Knowledge of food production, preparation, and presentation techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Proficient in computer systems and software relevant to food and beverage management
