Responsibilities

• Supervise and deliver day to day operations in the Restaurant, Bar, Room Service or Conference and Banqueting areas.
• Ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently, handling guest queries and complaints promptly.
• Create memorable experiences for guests and colleagues.
• Work closely with the management team, deputising in their absence, and support common goals.

• Ambitious Food & Beverage professional with a passion for leadership.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and problem solving skills.
