Food and Beverage Supervisor

Location

Set in the heart of one of the most picturesque Cotswold villages, The Slaughters Country Inn offers the authentic charm of a traditional village inn. With 5 AA Gold Stars for Guest Accommodation and 2 AA rosettes, the Inn provides a relaxed yet professional environment to work in. The hotel may offer both on or off site staff accommodation to help new team members relocate and settle comfortably, plus free parking is available on site.

We pay our team a service charge each month. The charge is pooled and 100 % is shared among all team members. Service charge in the region of £260 a month (close to £3,200 per year) is paid in addition to base pay for a full time employee.

• Get to know the menu and advise guests on dishes when asked.
• Build close relationships with colleagues across all teams.
