Food and Beverage Team Leader/Supervisor for VIC's Bar at Park Plaza Victoria London Hotel

At Park Plaza Victoria London Hotel, first-class service and delicious food and drinks are essential to the hotel experience. Your role as our Food and Beverage (F&B) Team Leader is vital in delivering this experience.

Our VIC's BAR offers a cosmopolitan environment for guests to enjoy specialty cocktails, bar snacks, coffees, and food throughout the day.

As our F&B Team Leader, you will receive:

• Salary: from £14.46 (minimum contracted rate) to £16 (including Service Charge) per hour

We are seeking an F&B Team Leader who:

• Handles tasks across the guest cycle in Food and Beverage outlets, including greeting guests, taking and delivering orders, upselling, managing the team, handling requests, liaising with relevant departments, and ensuring payment compliance
• Inspires, coaches, and mentors VIC's BAR team members
• Leads by example in all aspects of the role
