Experience: Previous supervisory experience within a similar premium hotel, resort, or high-volume luxury F&B environment.
Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent time management.
Attitude: A positive "can-do, will-do" attitude with the flexibility required to support busy resort operations.
