Teamworx are delighted to be recruiting an F&B Operations Manager on behalf of our client, aluxury resort in County Wicklow.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a hospitality professional with strong leadership capability, commercial awareness, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences in a high-end environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving service excellence, operational efficiency, and revenue growth across multiple outlets, including restaurants, bars, banqueting, and events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of all Food & Beverage outlets within the resort
  • Lead, motivate, and develop departmental managers and front-line teams
  • Ensure exceptional guest service standards are consistently delivered
  • Drive revenue growth through effective cost control, upselling, and operational efficiency
  • Manage labour costs, staffing levels, and departmental budgets
  • Maintain compliance with all health & safety and food safety regulations
  • Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and senior leadership team
  • Support the delivery of weddings, conferences, and large-scale events
  • Monitor guest feedback and implement continuous service improvements
  • Contribute to strategic planning and business development initiatives
Candidate Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a senior Food & Beverage leadership role
  • Experience within a 4-star or 5-star hotel or luxury resort environment preferred
  • Strong operational and financial management skills
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak hospitality periods
  • Relevant hospitality qualification is desirable
