Responsibilities in your new role as Food and Beverage Manager
As our Food and Beverage Manager, you will be the driving force behind the success of our bar and breakfast offerings, ensuring every guest experience is memorable. You will expertly manage and mentor our dedicated team throughout service, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Collaborating closely with various hotel departments, you will ensure seamless operations and exceed guest satisfaction expectations. Working hand-in-hand with the Hotel General Manager, you will cultivate a supportive and vibrant work environment. Your role will also be crucial in staff training and development initiatives, ultimately maximising revenue and upholding our commitment to an exceptionally high standard of guest experience.
Your personality, experience and qualifications
We are looking for an exceptional individual with a proven track record of development and progression in previous Hospitality roles, demonstrating a clear path of growth. You will possess a strong, inspiring personality and a dynamic leadership style, capable of guiding and motivating an already established team to new heights. Essential for this role is significant previous bar management experience, as you will be actively involved in working bar shifts and supervising the team to maintain our high standards. Crucially, you must have prior senior-level Food & Beverage experience within the hospitality sector. Ideally, you will have a background in a similar Food and Beverage management role.
