We are on the lookout for enthusiastic, friendly people to join our customer facing Food & Beverage team, based in our bustling coffee shop.

If you love creating great experiences, this could be the role for you. You'll deliver outstanding guest service, take pride in presentation, and build strong product knowledge to ensure every visit is memorable.

Most importantly, you'll help bring the magic to life-connecting with our guests and making sure they enjoy a fun, safe, and unforgettable experience while visiting SEA LIFE Loch Lomond.

In this role, you must be flexible to work a variety of shifts across a 7-day week; including weekends and bank holidays.

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous coffee shop experience desirable
• Clear and confident communication with guests and colleagues
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Operate till systems accurately
• Upsell products to enhance the guest experience
• Manage stock rotation
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness within the department
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning and safety checklists
• Carry out opening and closing procedures in line with departmental operating plans

Pay Range

GBP £12.81/Hr.
