As the friendly face of the 399 guest bedrooms, 7 Meeting and Events spaces, Atrio Restaurant and Bar at the stylish Park Plaza Waterloo London Hotel, located just south of Westminster Bridge overlooking the River Thames with spectacular views across London, you will lead by example, demonstrating to the team how to provide memorable guest experiences.

As our F&B Duty Manager, you will receive:

We are looking for a F&B Duty Manager who:

• Ensures our F&B outlets (Meeting & Events, Bar, Restaurant, In-Room Dining, and Breakfast operation) run smoothly, providing service that encourages guests to return
• Can inspire, coach, and mentor F&B team members
• Is passionate about exceeding guest expectations
• Is available to work early morning, middle, and late shifts, mainly breakfast shifts

• Has previous experience as an F&B Supervisor / F&B Duty Manager / F&B Team Leader in a hotel setting
