As part of the Crimson Hotels Group, you will join the team of Crowne Plaza London Gatwick Airport which is a 294 bedroom hotel located just 5 minute drive from Gatwick Airport. The Cube Restaurant serves delicious, locally sourced food for breakfast and dinner, while drinks and light meals are available all day in the Olive Grove. Our chic meetingspaces include private boardrooms and a stunning event suite with a foyer and bar, perfect for hosting receptions or dinners for up to 200 guests, or 280 guests for meetings.

What your day will look like?

You'll warmly welcome guests and deliver exceptional service across our restaurant, bar, club lounge, conference areas, and room service. As a Mandarin/Chinese speaker, you will play a key role in ensuring our Chinese speaking guests feel comfortable, understood, and well looked after. Your knowledge of food, wine, beers, and spirits will help elevate the guest experience, ensuring every interaction feels personal and attentive. You'll be involved in setting up and closing down the service areas, always maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in line with health and safety regulations.

What You'll Bring?

We're looking for an enthusiastic F&B Attendant passionate about delivering quality service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for every guest. You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to create memorable experiences for our guests. You'll be confident in using technology and comfortable working in a fast paced environment. Ideally, you'll have previous experience in hospitality or a similar customer facing role. You will lead by example-demonstrating our values through outstanding customer service, teamwork, and a positive, solution focused attitude.
