Role Overview

As a Food and Beverage Associate, you will be the face of our hospitality service, ensuring that every guest receives attentive, efficient, and courteous service. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits and positive word-of-mouth.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all special requests and dietary requirements are noted.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally, adhering to company standards and hygiene regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of service areas, including tables, counters, and equipment.
• Assist with setting up and clearing down dining areas before, during, and after service.
• Handle guest enquiries and resolve any issues with a positive and helpful approach.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow.
• Adhere to health and safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Support seasonal events and promotions as required.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in a food and beverage or customer service role is preferred but not essential; full training will be provided.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A friendly, approachable, and professional manner.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety is advantageous.
