About the Role

As a Food & Beverage Assistant at Barchester Healthcare, you will play an essential role in ensuring a pleasant dining experience for residents, families, and visitors. Your responsibilities will include serving meals, refreshments and maintaining a neat and welcoming dining environment. You will work closely with hospitality and kitchen teams to support the day-to-day delivery of food and beverage services throughout the home.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve meals, refreshments and maintain dining areas so they remain clean, comfortable and inviting. • Support day to day food and beverage services, assisting with kitchen duties as required. • Work closely with hospitality and kitchen teams to ensure high standards and a positive dining experience for all guests.

About You

• Experience in a hospitality, catering or customer service environment.
• A friendly, caring and professional approach.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• An understanding of food hygiene and health and safety practices.
