Position Overview

Join our team as a Food & Beverage Assistant at ABode Chester. You will work closely with both front of house and back of house teams to create memorable experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with menu selections and answer any service questions.
• Collaborate across departments to support smooth service delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas.
• Help create a welcoming and enjoyable environment for guests and colleagues.
• Support team members across all departments as needed.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required - we value personality, attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility with scheduling and a positive, service oriented attitude.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is a plus but not mandatory.
