Food & Beverage Assistant

Red Chair Recruitment are currently accepting applications for an experienced Food & Beverage Assistant for one of our well-established clients in Macroom, Co. Cork.

Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities in this role will be to deliver a high quality and memorable service to your customers as well as a creating an enjoyable atmosphere during service hours.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of Food and Beverage experience.
• Great understanding of breakfast, lunch and dinner service operations.
• Warm, friendly and personalised approach to your service.
• Ability to work in fast paced environment while remaining on your feet for extended periods of time.
• Ability to deal with cash and card transactions quickly and effectively.
• Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Package on Offer

• Competitive hourly rate of €15.00 - €18.00 Per hour depending on experience.
