Food & Beverage Assistant

Location: Clumber Park Lodges, Worksop, S80 3BQ

Hours: Variable hours - some evenings & weekends required

Salary: £12.71 per hour - paid weekly!

What we need in a nutshell

We need food & beverage assistants who understand that food and drink are central to a happy holiday. The ideal candidate looks after our guests' every whim when they eat, drink, and relax in our bars and restaurants. They greet guests with a smile, serve confidently on the bar, and deliver delicious dishes to the tables.

What you will be doing

• Meeting and greeting guests with a friendly welcome
• Serving behind the bar and taking orders in the restaurant
• Keeping your area clean, tidy, and well stocked
• Ensuring everyone is having a great time

We also value people who are willing to help out wherever needed, even beyond their core responsibilities.

Skills, experience, and qualities you will need

• Customer service experience and skills
• Relish the fast pace of a busy bar
• Proactive and self motivated, acting without needing to be asked
• Excellent people skills - open, friendly, and focused on guest satisfaction
• Experience working in a team environment

Nice to have

• Experience working in a restaurant or pub during busy nights
