Location

One of the most elegant country house hotels in the Cotswolds, Buckland Manor is set in ten acres of stunning grounds. With 4 AA red stars, 3 AA rosettes and a member of Relais & Châteaux, Buckland Manor offers employees the opportunity to work within a traditional, yet friendly English country house hotel.

We pay the team a service charge each month - 100% of that service charge is shared among all staff. Service charge can be around £305 a month (about £3,600 per year) over and above base pay for a full-time employee.

The hotel may be able to offer on site staff accommodation and free on site parking.

As a Food & Beverage Assistant you will work closely with both the front of house and back of house teams to ensure our guests have a wonderful time and create lasting memories.

We welcome applications from candidates with no experience - this role is all about personality and attitude, and we can teach the rest.
