What We're Looking For

• At least one year's experience in a similar role within hospitality.
• A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Reliability, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn.
• A friendly, professional approach with the confidence to engage with guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene across designated areas in line with our standards.
• Support the smooth running of service, including ordering and stock control, while helping to minimise waste.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, always going the extra mile to exceed expectations.
• Anticipate guest needs wherever possible to enhance their experience.
• Ensure all Health, Safety, and Fire Safety standards are consistently upheld.
