• Offering excellent customer service across, breakfast, lunch, dinner & on our award winning terrace.
• Safely serving food and drink to our guests.
• Handling customer feedback.
• Drive the sale of our food and beverage offering.
• Adhere to the H&S, Food Safety requirements of the hotel.
• Assist with the set up of the restaurant and bars for service.
• Handle cash & card payments.
