We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Food & Beverage Apprentice to join our hotel's F&B team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about hospitality who wants to develop hands on skills in food service, beverage preparation, customer care, and hotel operations. You will work alongside an experienced team while completing a recognised apprenticeship qualification.

As a Food and Beverage Apprentice you will be part of a team that provides exceptional, friendly, and professional service to all guests across restaurant, bar, lounge, and event areas.

You will work collaboratively and positively with all colleagues in the hotel. You will have a genuine passion for hospitality and delivering excellent guest experiences and will complete all apprenticeship modules and assessments within agreed timeframes.
