Folder Operator - Midlands - £28k to £32k pa depending on experience

A well-established, highly reputable printing company, exploiting their years of experience and high tech machinery to produce impressive printed products, requires an efficient operator to manage the operation of folding machines and associated equipment, maintaining quality, efficiency and safety at all times.

We are looking for flexible team players, able to manage work in accordance with deadlines and handle changing priorities. You must be adaptable and quick to learn new techniques.

The successful candidates will be expected to ensure the correct job is on the machine; to monitor and maintain quality of work produced; and make adjustments to maintain quality and output. This therefore requires someone with a wealth of finishing experience, able to apply their knowledge and skills to each task in hand.

You will be expected to keep the machine area in good order - in a safe and tidy condition, and carry out stock checks on machine parts and reorder when necessary. We are looking for organised individuals who take pride in their working environment.
