FOH Supervisor - Guest Experience Lead (London)

JLL is seeking a proactive Front of House Supervisor to lead the guest services team at our London site. The role focuses on delivering service excellence to clients and visitors, coordinating reception activities, and maintaining high presentation standards across the front desk and meeting spaces.

You will mentor the Guest Services Ambassadors, manage rotas for VIP events, and ensure accurate information and smooth operation of the Corrigo and Vgreet systems.
