FMCG L&D Designer & Content Curator

Yeo Valley is seeking a Learning Specialist to diagnose capability needs, design high-quality learning solutions, curate content, and drive development across the business. You will work with People Partners, Site Leaders and SMEs to ensure learning is strategically aligned and practically relevant.

The role focuses 70% on learning design and content, with 30% on facilitation and delivery, while emphasising continuous improvement and co-ownership.
