A leading facilities management firm based in Sheffield seeks an experienced FM Helpdesk Scheduler / Planner to manage scheduling of engineers and maintenance requests. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in helpdesk or planning roles within FM. Responsibilities include logging jobs, coordinating maintenance, and providing excellent customer service.
