Are you organised, switched on and good under pressure? We're looking for a FM Administrative Assistant to keep our Maintenance Department running smoothly at HMP Forest Bank.
What you'll do- Be the admin backbone of the Maintenance team
- Manage diaries, compliance records, training logs and contractor paperwork
- Raise purchase orders and e permits (SAP & CAFM/Maximo)
- Book contractors, visitors and deliveries
- Support engineers, supervisors and managers daily
- Keep everything accurate, compliant and on time
- Strong Word & Excel skills
- Brilliant organisation and attention to detail
- Confidence juggling tasks in a busy environment
- Great communication skills and a team player attitude
- Experience in admin, compliance or FM (ideal, not essential)
- Varied, hands on admin role - no two days the same
- Key part of a professional FM team
- Real responsibility and visibility
- Opportunity to build FM and systems experience

HMP Forest Bank serves the courts of Greater Manchester and maintains strong community links with a clear focus on resettlement. We provide quality of life services that support people to make positive changes, offering education, training and work ready skills to everyone in custody. Our support continues after release through partnerships that help individuals maintain recovery and lead law abiding lives. The prison includes 16 residential units, plus a healthcare centre, gym, library, workshops, visits hall, chaplaincy and kitchen.
