Introduction

• Prepare floral arrangements for guest rooms according to the housekeeping plan.

• Handle private orders from in-house guests or external clients.

• Manage all flower, plant, and decoration material orders.

• Check all fresh flowers throughout the hotel daily.

• Water and inspect all plants twice a week.

• Create themed or special occasion decorations - e.g., Advent, Christmas, Italian Dinner, Champagne Dinner, Mediterranean Buffet, Valais Evening, Prestige de la Musique, etc. - in our restaurants and banquet rooms (Le Restaurant, Kristallsaal, Alexander Seiler Saal, Grill), including personalized guest requests.

Your tasks

• Central staff accommodations in the heart of Zermatt and Täsch

• Employee, family & friends room rates and various discounts (for example, in the many restaurants of the MRH-Zermatt SA hotels)

• Access to a fitness room exclusively for our employees, as well as a wide range of sports activities in Zermatt

• Use of our pool area during designated employee swimming times

• Access to various training and development courses through our support program (e.g., with the Ritzy company)

• Discounts on seasonal or annual mountain lift passes with the Zermatt resident card
