Floor Trainer - Safety & On Floor Training

Lineage Logistics is seeking a Floor Trainer at our Belle Eau Park depot in Bilsthorpe, Nottinghamshire. The role supports the Training Coordinator to ensure all employees receive required training aligned with regulatory standards.

You will deliver sessions on HS, FS, SSOW, Manual Handling and MHE, and monitor performance to promote a safety-first culture. You will manage the training matrix, maintain records, and assist with investigations from a training perspective.
