Floor Supervisor (m/w)

Introduction

• Responsible for the order and cleanliness in our guest rooms and on the floors and public areas of the hotel
• Quality control of cleaned rooms and other areas as well as turn-down service
• Ensuring compliance with all quality standards and hygiene regulations
• Co-organization and assistance in regular basic cleaning work
• Ensuring the forwarding of technical defects in the guest area and in the rooms
• Contact person for our international guests as well as colleagues and employees
• Training and instruction of new employees

Your tasks

• Get your accommodation in our staffhouses in the surroundings of the hotel
• Select the half/full pension from our staff restaurant
• Be a hotel member of Swiss Deluxe Hotels group and enjoy discounted stay in the partners' hotels
• Enjoy the benefits and discounts of the YOURGSTAAD card over the station
• Get access to Brands for Employees and their platform of deals
