Introduction

• Inspect rooms (arrival, departure, evening service)

• Coordinate the teams of room attendants and porters on the floors

• Ensure good organization so that rooms are ready for guests on time

• Handle guest requests

• Monitor maintenance work

• Care for special furnishings

• Ensure proper care and cleaning of furniture and public areas

• Assist in training and onboarding of new employees

Your main tasks
