Floor Supervisor

B&M Retail are currently recruiting for a Floor Supervisor to join our team at Wimborne Road, Bournemouth!This is a permanent, part time role, working 16 hours a weekand will require the flexibility to work shifts in the daytime, evenings and at weekends.

As a Floor Supervisor, you will support the Floor Manager in ensuring that our team delivers the best store standards for our customers!

You will also:

• Be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
• Ensure colleagues demonstrate the appropriatebehavioursin the checkout area and on the sales floor!
• Provide colleagues with the appropriate skills and knowledge
• Ensure safe environmentfor colleagues and customers
• Be highly visible and approachable to customers and colleagues
• Operate and deliver processes that ensure the store meets all legal requirements
• Merchandise the store to provide a welcoming customer environment which also delivers sales and profitability
• Protect and safeguard the Company assets

Ideal candidateswill beenthusiastic, focused & driven team players with a passion for retail & delivering great service!

It is essential that you have the following:

• Experience supervising/managing a small team, in a fast paced retail environment
• A flexible approach and a 'can do' attitude
• The ability to think on your feet
