Responsibilities

As an Openings Trainer, you report to the Openings Training Manager for your department and the Openings Operations Manager. While being a member of the openings team, you also remain part of the wider training community. You will be a key point of communication between openings, training and the restaurant teams. As our new restaurants take their first step on Hickory's journey, you play a vital role in the training and development of our new teams. You are responsible for training all new starters and supporting new openings from recruitment to classroom, to 1-1 training, to succession meetings and handovers and delivering a fully certified team.
