Floating Support Worker - Guaranteed Hours & Paid Mileage

Dimensions is seeking a Floating Support Worker to assist adults with learning disabilities and autism across Dorchester and Weymouth. You'll provide person-centred care, support independence, and help with daily routines, health needs, and confidence building.

The role involves working in different Dorset services for longer placements with guaranteed hours, paid mileage, and career development through Dimensions Academy. This is a full-time, 37.5-hour-per-week position.
