Key Responsibilities

1. Lead, motivate, and support the team with a positive 'can do' approach, leading by example.

3. Manage all shift reporting and communication effectively.
4. Ensure compliance with all departmental processes.
5. Own, champion, and deliver quality by creating, implementing, and developing a culture of continuous improvement focused on delivering exceptional customer experience.
6. Deliver operational requirements within the agreed financial budget.
7. Ensure compliance with all health and safety procedures and Safe Systems of Work.
8. Manage colleague issues with empathy and discretion, involving HR support when necessary.
