Flexible Youth Caseworker: Safeguarding & Support

Victim Support in South Wales is seeking a CYP Caseworker to provide structured, tailored support for children and young people affected by crime, delivering emotional and practical assistance to help them feel heard and empowered.

You will manage a caseload, conduct risk and needs assessments, and develop and monitor safety and support plans, while liaising with local partners to ensure a seamless, family-centered service.
