Flexible Tip Site Labourer (Ad Hoc, Outdoor)

1four1 Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Tip Site Labourer for ad hoc shifts at waste sites in Worthing and East Grinstead. The role involves helping the public dispose of waste safely and directing vehicles around the site.

The ideal candidate is reliable, punctual, and physically fit, able to work outdoors in all weather. Safety boots are essential, and prior waste-site experience is helpful but not required.
