What You'll Be Doing:

• Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups across a range of ages and abilities
• Assisting in classrooms to create inclusive, engaging learning environments
• Working with pupils with SEND or behavioural needs, helping them access the curriculum
• Promoting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
• Helping with class prep, routines, and supervision during breaks/lunchtime
• Adapting to different school settings with confidence and professionalism
