Flexible Nursery Front of House & Operations Manager

N Family Club in Reading, Berkshire, is seeking a Flexi Front of House Manager. You will be the face of the nursery, welcoming parents and children and coordinating the Go Beyond experience across our operations.

The role covers budgeting, procurement and rota planning while ensuring high standards of service and safety. You will manage the Nursery Operations team (kitchen and cleaning), oversee communications with parents, and help drive occupancy targets and family events.
