Flexible, Multi-Site Family Support Worker

Fair Ways is seeking a Multi-Site Children & Family Support Worker to work flexibly across residential, fostering, and family contact services on a zero hours basis. The role involves supporting children, adults and families at several sites in the Solent area.

You will travel between sites, provide direct support, and comply with DBS checks and right to work in the UK. A driving license is required, and Fair Ways offers training and development opportunities.
