A community support organization is seeking a Flexible Support Worker in Chelmsford to assist clients transitioning from hospital to home. This role focuses on providing flexible support for individuals with enduring mental health needs over a 24-month period, helping them achieve self-reliance. Working hours include shifts across a 7-day rota, with benefits such as 22 days holiday, sick pay, and pension scheme after 3 months of service. Mandatory training will be provided.
