Job Description - Flexible Bank Support Worker (261021)

Pay £13.45 per hour, plus £50 per sleep in shift.

Casual / Flexible Work - hours to suit you.

Location: Scarborough.

What you'll do

• Assist customers with their practical, daily living tasks.
• Work through support plans and help customers achieve independence.
• Provide overnight support in sleep in shifts and day shifts in community or home based settings.
• Support vulnerable customers in accommodation based services, registered care homes, or community settings.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Experience as a Support Worker in a similar environment.
• Positive, can do, caring attitude and desire to learn.
• Experience of working with support plans, recording information concisely and effectively.
• Ability to work at short notice and pick shifts.
• Physical ability to use technology for creating and updating support plans, mandatory learning, and communication with colleagues.
• Valid driving licence and vehicle insured for business use (mileage paid).
• Enhanced DBS check - paid by employer.
• Willingness to work relief hours for Webb Ellis Court in Scarborough.
