Flexible Bank Support Worker - Community Wellbeing

Social Interest Group (SIG) in Luton is seeking a Bank Worker to support participants with mental health, wellbeing, substance use and complex needs across local services. You will join the Penrose Roots bank workforce and help deliver flexible, person-centred support in community settings.

This is a flexible bank role with shifts based on participant needs; a driving licence and access to a vehicle are desirable for travel across Bedfordshire and Luton.
