Flexible Bank Residential Childcare Worker

Bedspace is hiring a Bank Residential Childcare Worker to provide safe, nurturing care in our residential homes. You will support daily routines, education, health appointments, and activities while building positive relationships and following individual care plans.

The role requires trauma-informed approaches, resilience, teamwork, and the ability to complete care records accurately. Commissioned shifts include days, evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins where needed.
