FlensburgCutover Manager D365BC, 3+ months Flensburg/Hybrid

Our client is preparing for a critical Go-Live of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (D365BC) and is looking for a Cutover Manager to take over from the current Project Manager, who is going on maternity leave by August 1st.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of the cutover planning and execution toward Go-Live on October 1st

• Develop, document, and present a clear, detailed cutover plan to all stakeholders, including the steering committee

• Identify, document, and mitigate risks proactively throughout the transition period

• Establish and track measurable KPIs to ensure accountability and transparency

• Secure that the plan is strictly followed; raise flags immediately if deliverables or timelines are at risk

• Drive a proactive mindset within the internal team, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery

• Foster open and structured communication across teams and levels, including executive stakeholders

• Ensure the organization is ready for Hypercare and potentially participate in Phase 2 after Go-Live

Profile Requirements:

• Proven experience as Cutover Manager or in a similar role within ERP implementations

• Strong project discipline - able to enforce deadlines and structure within a complex organization

• Excellent risk management and stakeholder communication skills

• Technical understanding of ERP systems and integrations; experience with D365BC is a strong plus

• Fluent in German (mandatory) and proficient in English

• Willing to work onsite in Flensburg min. 3 days/week, with limited travel to Hamburg

Start: ASAP
Go-Live: October 1, 2025, followed by 3-4 weeks hypercare.
Location: Flensburg (minimum 3 days/week onsite) + occasional travel to Hamburg (1-2 days/month)
Allocation: 5 days/week.
Language requirement: Fluent in German
