Fleet Service Coordinator

Hallmark Solutions Ltd. in Belfast is seeking an organised individual to provide comprehensive administrative support. You will use MS Word, Outlook and Excel to manage daily tasks, while delivering excellent client communication.

You must be well organised, with strong time management and prioritisation, and hold a GCSE in Maths and English. A full driving licence is required, and experience in rental, car dealership or motor trade is highly desirable, as is CRM booking experience.
