We're looking for a Fleet Project Delivery Manager to join Anglian Water's Commercial Operations team and play a key role in delivering fleet and plant asset programmes across our business as well as managing other fleet related projects where required.This is a delivery-focused role responsible for ensuring vehicles, plant and operational assets are planned, procured and implemented efficiently across their lifecycle. You'll coordinate multiple workstreams, working closely with Procurement, Commercial, Fleet and Operational teams, as well as external suppliers, to ensure assets are delivered on time, to specification and ready for operational use. What you'll be doing: Manage the end-to-end delivery of fleet and plant asset implementation projects Coordinate project timelines, milestones and deliverables to ensure on-time delivery Oversee the full asset ordering process, ensuring specifications and requirements are accurate Work with Procurement and suppliers to manage quotations, lead times and delivery schedules Monitor project performance, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions Coordinate internal teams and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery and implementation Oversee vehicle and asset handovers, ensuring readiness for operational deployment Manage asset lifecycle activity including returns, replacements and disposals Produce reports and dashboards to track project progress and supplier performance Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with governance requirements Build strong stakeholder relationships to support effective delivery Drive continuous improvement across planning and delivery processes What we're looking for Experience delivering projects within fleet, transport, automotive, plant or asset environments Experience managing multiple workstreams or projects simultaneously Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management Experience working with suppliers and third-party providers Strong planning and organisational skills Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills High attention to detail and data accuracy Strong analytical capability and reporting experience Competent user of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel Desirable: Project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, APM). Experience within utilities, logistics or fleet environments. Knowledge of fleet or asset systems. Why join Anglian Water?
