Fleet Operations & Compliance Lead

Blueleaf Limited is seeking an experienced Transport Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation and compliance of our fleet at our Crawley depot. The role is on-site, 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm, focusing on safe, efficient transport and regulatory compliance.

You will manage a 30+ Vehicle fleet using TMS, telematics and ePOD systems, drive continuous improvement, and lead the transport team with proactive stakeholder engagement. CPC and UK driving licence are essential.
