About the Company
Our client is a global company with a strong presence across Europe, known for their people-first culture and innovative approach to operations. To support their growing international footprint, they are looking for a Fleet Manager to coordinate and lead company car operations across key markets - directly from their hub in Barcelona.
Your Responsibilities
As the Fleet Manager, you will be responsible for the entire vehicle lifecycle - from procurement and leasing to delivery, documentation, and support - across Germany, the Netherlands, and Spain. You will play a key role in ensuring employees have a smooth and efficient mobility experience while maintaining cost-efficiency and compliance with local regulations.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Managing international leasing contracts, supplier relationships, and vehicle logistics
- Coordinating car assignments, onboarding, and employee support across regions
- Ensuring legal, tax, and insurance compliance in collaboration with HR and Finance teams
- Tracking key metrics, renewals, and process improvements
- Supporting sustainability initiatives and cost-saving opportunities across the fleet
- Acting as the go-to person for fleet-related queries and solutions internally
Your Profile
- 3-5+ years in fleet, operations, mobility, or logistics roles (international experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of leasing, vendor management, and cross-border compliance
- Fluent in English, German & Dutch is a huge plus
- Tech-savvy, organised, and confident managing multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication and coordination skills across functions
- Based in or open to relocating to Barcelona
